Terms of Service - LedgrifyFix

Welcome to LedgrifyFix. These terms govern your use of our automated bookkeeping for startups services (the “Services”), information resources (the “Info Product”), and physical items (the “Goods”) offered through ledgrifyfix.com.

1. Services

1.1 Automated Bookkeeping Services

We offer automated record-keeping tools for new ventures. A service fee applies to each engagement. Services begin once payment is received and these terms are accepted.

2. Info Product

Our Info Product includes digital guides, tutorials, and templates designed to aid in startup record management. A license is granted upon full payment.

3. Goods

We offer branded notebooks, hardware add-ons, and related items. All purchases depend on item availability.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds for Services

Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of service activation if no significant work has been performed. To submit a request, visit contact form or call +14168837894.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days.

4.2 Refunds for Info Product

Purchases of digital guides are eligible for a refund within 14 days of download if the resource has not been substantially accessed. Send a request via contact form. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4.3 Refunds for Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Once we receive the item, refunds are issued within 10 business days.

5. No-Refund Cases

Customized service packages that have been fully executed are not eligible for refunds. Likewise, Info Products substantially accessed or fully downloaded are final sale.

6. Deferral or Rescheduling

Clients may defer or reschedule service sessions up to 3 business days in advance. Requests made later may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

LedgrifyFix shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our Services, Info Product, or Goods.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in Toronto courts.
